ABOUT AMY

About
ai me fav.jpg

From a very early age, Amy knew she wanted a career where she could make a difference in the lives of people. After working as a schoolteacher for almost ten years, Amy transitioned to corporate America where she quickly moved into leadership roles working with sales, sales training, and leadership development teams.

In these roles, Amy noticed that many people, including herself, often allowed fear to hold them back from their goals and dreams.

“The first time I walked on fire, I had a monumental breakthrough. I realized everything I had ever feared in my life came down to that one moment. That first step forever changed my life – personally and professionally.
I love facilitating that type of revelatory moments in others – the ones that change mindsets and produce enormous growth.

My passion is helping people live full, abundant lives. How do I do this? By inspiring them to fervently chase after their goals, empowering them to take meaningful action, and equipping them for the journey.”

Amy’s own journey to excellence was fueled by her unrelenting passion for helping people be the absolute best version of themselves. Her inspirational message is one of overcoming preconceived barriers and changing mindsets to produce enormous growth.

Impacting Lives through Intentional Leadership

Planning to win is dynamically different than planning not to lose. Planning to win means being intentional in our actions, being deliberate in our choices, being crystal clear in our purpose, and being willing to take that chance.

In this inspiring talk, we will explore how to live every day in such a way that we significantly improve our own lives and make a positive impact on the lives of those we lead.

Leading through Change and Uncertainty

As successful organizational leaders, you are undoubtedly familiar with quotient types, such as IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence), and you understand the role these play in leading strong teams. But have you heard of the new Q on the block?

The Adaptability Quotient, sometimes referred to as the Adversity Quotient, is said to be just as reliable - and possibly even more so - than either IQ or EQ in predicting success in business and in life.

This talk explores all three Qs, while focusing on how AQ impacts organizations and their leaders, while helping them to stay relevant and prosperous even during uncertain times.
