​There was a moment that changed everything for me - the day my husband died by suicide. That loss shattered the life I thought I was building and forced me to reevaluate everything. It made me realize how incredibly fragile life is, and how important it is to stop waiting. We only get one shot at this, and we owe it to ourselves - and the people we love - to live it fully, to build a life that fills our hearts, and to use our gifts to create impact.

 

For a while, I lived life on autopilot. I wouldn’t call it burnout exactly, but I knew I wasn’t living intentionally. I was checking boxes, doing the work, but not using my voice or purpose in a way that truly made a difference.

 

I started out as a teacher and corporate training and later moved into sales - but over and over again, people told me I should be a motivational speaker. When customers started saying my presentations felt more like life talks than pitches, I knew I had something more to offer. And when I saw the shift my words sparked in others - and felt the shift inside myself - I couldn’t ignore the calling anymore.

Today, my mission is simple: to help people rise. 

 

To help them live with purpose, lead with heart, and leave behind a legacy they can be proud of. To help them break out of survival mode and into a life of meaning, confidence, and emotional strength. I believe we each have a role to play in making the world better for the next generation, and I take that seriously - especially for my kids and for my granddaughter.

 

When I’m not speaking or writing, you’ll usually find me with them - planning adventures, telling stories around the fire, or laughing with my granddaughter as she reminds me how magical life’s little moments really are. They are my reason for everything I do.
